#PhenomWire via @rocke_mbk "#march4KJ Please call 2293335133 (sheriff's office) and 2296713000 (jail) and demand the release of #NataliaHall!! We need everyone to come together on this one! Yesterday @nat_queen_soul and other members of the @thecommunity__ were arrested while attempting to provide a list of demands in honor of #KendrickJohnson to the principal of Lowndes county high school and the superintendent. Nat is the only one remaining in jail. Johnson was the 17-year-old teen whose body was found dead, rolled up in a school's gym mat and organs were found missing later in 2013. In honor of Johnson, the group marched 17 miles a day since Friday until they arrived to Valdosta, where the high school is located. The group's intent was to deliver a list of demands to the school's superintendent. The list included: 1. A moment of silence at the 2015 graduation. 2. A honorary diploma for Johnson 3. For Johnson's sister to accept the diploma The list was made to bring awareness to the Johnson case, partly because students at Lowndes High School say they are not allowed to discuss what happened to Johnson for fear of being suspended. According to @17thsoulja4, when the group arrived at the school, officers told them that in order to march or enter into the building they would need a 'Parade permit'. The group then split up into two, the first group went to the superintendent's office to fetch the permits and the second group stayed. They believe the authorities' move was a set up because when the second group made it back to the school, the first group was being arrested.
