Post via @sancophaleague "Many People believe religion is required in order to know God and to determine morals, but Morals are subjective and if you can't determine these things then you lack empathy and reasoning, not religion. Our people who once shaped this world never had any issues or trouble finding or knowing God prior to many of these religions existing... This Religion made many shun their instincts, spirituality, and their nature and taught you it was a negative. These religions had an affect on our people for a long time and a lot of it is contributed to Slavery which has stripped a countless number of our people of our history and Truth. The promotion of slavery and subservience is prevalent in these religions, but yet and still it is accepted today... How is it that you can believe that in a society where there is countless systems in place to harm you or keep you subservient that the common religion of an oppressor wasn't meant to do the same? It caused our own people to teach and promote these philosophies to our own, making the job of indoctrination that much easier. You are not represented by the text as its been altered or created. It made our Kings and Queens "turn the other cheek" instead of taking action and responsibility for their destiny. Why stay in this mental prison when the Door is wide open? Its up to you...
